Dr. Bhabani Prasad Chakravarty Prof.of Medicine , a Fellow of World Health Organization in Medicine (Rheumatology ). His area of interest being Rheumatology, Internal Medicine and Medical , held the post of the Head Of the Department of Medicine in Guwahati Medical College and Hospital for 7 yrs . Dr Chakravarty was later designated as the Principal of various Medical Colleges from the year 2012. Being an efficient personality Dr.Chakravarty was again nominated as the Director Medical Education .
Dr.B.P Chakravarty is also the member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Association of Physcians of India, IRA, IMA and NRM India.com and also many International and National Publications.
Dr.Chakravarty is at present Inspector of Medical Council Of India, Examiner of MBBS,MD and DNB courses . He is also the assessor of DNB Courses conducted by National Board of Examinations.
